Nexus concentrated pulps are semi-finished products containing a high percentage of fruit. The amount of pulp used for each cocktail is less than that of many of our competitors. For this reason, with a single bottle it is possible to create many more cocktails and the cost is drastically reduced. We import the best purees from all over the world to be able to offer the best quality in every season.
Nexus produces 17 different flavours. Our company's goal has always been to support fresh fruit in cocktails. Our pulp allows the barman to solve the problem of seasonal fruit. Nexus creates high quality products to reduce waste and speed up work.
Our pulps are packaged in 700 ml bottles and have a shelf life of 36 months. Once opened, they have a lifespan of about 4 months if stored in a cool, dry place.
The care of the product can also be seen in the packaging. The bottle has an exclusive design designed specifically for the barman:
- high knurled neck for optimal grip;
- skittle shape designed to give the right balance;
- Pouring cap with Nexus patent to avoid waste and accurately dose the product.
