Succo di Limone Nexus è ottenuto dalla spremitura degli aspri limoni di Sicilia. Il suo aroma persistente è rafforzato dagli oli essenziali ricavati dalla spessa buccia gialla del frutto. Ideale come correttore di acidità per cocktail e long drink, ha un sapore molto forte e deciso e può essere utilizzato anche in cucina su piatti di pesce o per condimento di macedonie di frutta e insalate. Molti barman lo utilizzano come base per la preparazione poi del famoso Sweet&Sour mix miscelandolo con parti uguali di acqua e sciroppo di zucchero.
